Meet one of our franchise partners

Florian Dinel

Florian, Franchisee of Le Pain Quotidien in Lille, shares his journey and motivations.

“After about fifteen years in the specialized retail sector, I decided to take the plunge and venture into entrepreneurship. My desire for diversification pushed me to explore new paths, which led me to the Le Pain Quotidien brand. I had the opportunity to take over the historic restaurant in Lille as a franchisee, and I was immediately drawn to this project.”

"The support I receive from the brand is invaluable. Training is one of the key aspects: whether it's menu changes, team training, or my own training"

“What attracts me to this job is the opportunity to work with everyday products while creating an environment where our customers can enjoy a pleasant experience. Working in a place where people come not only to eat but also to enjoy a friendly atmosphere really gives meaning to my commitment in this field.”

“Before choosing Le Pain Quotidien, I explored several brands, but what made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the concept, the quality of the wholesome products and delicious recipes, as well as the strong values that were embedded in the brand from the start. As an entrepreneur, it was also important for me to join a brand with strong growth potential, and Le Pain Quotidien fits that perfectly.”

“The support I receive from the brand is invaluable. Training is one of the key aspects: whether it’s menu changes, team training, or my own training, this support is essential for helping me master the business. Another crucial point is the availability of my contacts at Le Pain Quotidien. Whenever I have questions or specific needs, they are there to help me quickly, which is very reassuring for me as I am still learning about this world.”

“For those considering becoming LPQ franchisees, I highly recommend making the most of the immersion period. It’s the ideal time to see if the job really aligns with their expectations. Then, it’s crucial to optimize the training period to fully grasp the basics, as this makes all the difference when you launch.”
