Our new cannabis-hemp bread
As sustainable as it’s delicious.
Hemp is a wonder crop that is carbon-friendly, supports soil health, and is anti-waste. Our bread with hemp seeds is one of our small steps to limiting our environmental impact.
We mix hemp flour with our sourdough for a distinctive springtime flavour of hazelnuts and pine nuts, with a hint of rosemary. Our cannabis-hemp bread is also rich in plant-based protein and omega-3s.
Enjoy it with our organic egg, radish & mustard cress tartine at our communal table. Or thinly sliced and toasted, with fresh fish, roasted veg, or herby spreads at home.

Our hemp egg mimosa tartine
We’ve topped our new tartine with a springtime medley of eggs mimosa, furikake, leek sprouts and a slice of lemon. For a light but luscious tartine that makes doing good taste great.
