Terms and conditions of our loyalty program Tartine Club
Tartine Club is a loyalty program offered by PQ Belgium SA, trading as ‘Le Pain Quotidien’, a public limited liability company incorporated and existing under Belgian law, with registered office at 1000 Brussels (Belgium), Avenue du Port 86/C and with company number 0810.307.316 (hereafter “Le Pain Quotidien”), whose members can collect points with every purchase they make at the participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurants. The modalities are set out in these terms and conditions.
Membership
To participate in Tartine Club’s loyalty program, you must have the minimum age of 16.
Le Pain Quotidien is authorized, even if you meet the above condition, to refuse your registration if it has reasonable suspicions that you will not comply with the terms of the loyalty program.
It is possible to register for the Tartine Club loyalty program as follows:
- through the contact form provided on the Le Pain Quotidien website (tartineclub.lepainquotidien.com)
- through the Le Pain Quotidien application (Tartine Club Le Pain Quotidien)
- in a Le Pain Quotidien restaurant, by providing your telephone number
Any misuse of the loyalty program will, in any case, lead to immediate and definitive exclusion from the membership and the loss of all collected points.
Collecting points
You can collect points with every purchase you make in a (physical) participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurant (as further indicated), provided that you identify yourself as a Tartine Club member before you complete your purchase. After you have completed your purchase, points can no longer be assigned for the purchase, regardless of whether you can identify yourself.
You can identify yourself as follows:
- by displaying your member ID as included in the application (Tartine Club Le Pain Quotidien)
- by showing your member ID as included on the digital loyalty card
- by providing the phone number with which you have registered yourself
Unless indicated otherwise in the restaurant, Le Pain Quotidien’s website or application, each 1-euro purchase entitles the member to 1 point. The amount of your purchase will be determined by the net amount of the purchase, after deduction of any discounts or price reductions.
You are entitled to 10 points when someone signs up for Tartine Club’s loyalty program and then makes a purchase, identifying themselves using your personal referral code which can be found in your account in the application. The points are automatically added to your account.
The Tartine Club application
The Tartine Club application can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Due to the large variety of smartphones and operating systems, Le Pain Quotidien cannot guarantee proper functioning or support of the application on all devices or operating systems.
By downloading the application, you obtain a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application on your device with an Apple or Android operating system. This usage right is limited to normal use, in accordance with these terms and conditions and the applicable legislation. You may not disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the application. You may not use the application for spamming, phishing or similar unauthorized actions.
It is strictly forbidden to gain unauthorized access to other members’ profiles. Le Pain Quotidien cannot guarantee that the application will always function faultless and uninterrupted, although we strive to provide an optimal experience for all users. Members using the application are aware of the risks and restrictions associated with the use of the Internet and the application. They are also aware of the risks associated with the electronical storage or exchange of information. Le Pain Quotidien cannot be held liable for any damage (direct or indirect) due to the use of the application or the Internet.

The digital loyalty card
As a member of Tartine Club, you will receive a digital loyalty card, which you can save on your mobile device in the Apple Wallet app or in the Google Pay app. You can download this digital loyalty card at the time of your registration or anytime later via the application or on the website of Le Pain Quotidien.
The digital loyalty card is always personal and non-transferable. It is therefore not permitted to save the loyalty card on more than one device.
Points and rewards
Validity of points – Collected points are valid for one year. After this period, it is no longer possible to redeem them for vouchers.
Voucher – The points collected can be exchanged for vouchers in the following ways within the above- mentioned period:
- through the Tartine Club application: you must select a voucher of an equal or lower value to the number of points available and to be redeemed; or
- through a participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurant: after identification you need to indicate if you wish to exchange your points for a voucher. Even if you have already selected a voucher in the application, you should, before paying, let the host know if and for which voucher you wish to exchange your
The vouchers can only be used in the participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurants (as further indicated).
Validity of vouchers – Vouchers have a limited validity, as indicated in the Tartine Club application, after which it is no longer possible to use the respective voucher.
Redeem vouchers – A voucher can be redeemed, within the stated validity period, for the respective reward in the participating Le Pain Quotidien restaurants.
The list of rewards and the point balance required to obtain them can be found in the Tartine Club application at any time. Please note that the list of rewards may be changed at any time without prior notice.
When you first register for the Tartine Club loyalty program, you will receive a welcome gift in the form of a voucher for a bio hot drink or a cookie of your choice. The welcome gift may be modified on a day to day basis depending on the availability of the products or for any other reason.
Participating restaurants
You can collect points and use vouchers in all Le Pain Quotidien restaurants except:
- Le Pain Quotidien Zaventem Airport
- Le Pain Quotidien Parvis Saint-Pierre
- Le Pain Quotidien Nivelles
- Le Pain Quotidien Jambes
- Le Pain Quotidien Mons
It is not possible to collect points or use vouchers for purchases via third parties (for example, but not limited to Deliveroo, Ubereats and takeaway.com).
Correctness
Le Pain Quotidien will do its utmost to ensure that the points and vouchers are correctly issued, but may not be held liable if it was reasonably unable to fulfil its obligations in this respect. Le Pain Quotidien reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the points collected and, if necessary, to correct any error that may have occurred. Members remain responsible for managing their digital loyalty card and application. Le Pain Quotidien’s liability is at all times limited to the value of the amount of the reward.
Termination of membership
Membership to Tartine Club is for an indefinite period.
Any member may terminate his or her membership at any time by sending a request to tartine-club@be.lepainquotidien.com.
Transfer or termination of membership
Le Pain Quotidien may at any time modify, cancel or replace the program. Le Pain Quotidien reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time.
Changing personal data
You can change your personal data in the Le Pain Quotidien application, through the “Update profile” button in the profile section of the application.

Changes
Le Pain Quotidien reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the content of the Tartine Club loyalty program at any time. These modifications will automatically come into effect within a period of 10 days after communication to the members (by e-mail, SMS or push message, depending on the information and consent received from the relevant member). Members are always permitted to terminate their membership with immediate effect as set out in these terms and conditions.
