Our sourdough flatbread is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and contains more vitamins, minerals and fiber than most other types of bread. It’s the perfect base for a creamy white bean spread, delivering plant-based proteins, and fresh, locally sourced seasonal greens. Our chefs top it off with a sprinkle feta, pickled onions and a dash of our slightly spicy oil for punch and crunch.

The combination of plant-based protein, fiber, natural sugar from the fruits and healthy fats offer a complete meal that will keep you satisfied for hours.

Chuna tartine

Bite into a plant-based protein kick that’s bursting with flavor. Our Chuna Tartine features a Mediterranean inspired chickpea mash that balances smoothness with bite, spread onto slices of our super seed bread. It’s finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon for a zesty twist.
