Le Pain Quotidien Allergen Statement

At Le Pain Quotidien, we take allergens extremely seriously and do our utmost to avoid and manage the risk of allergic cross-contamination in our restaurants. However, since we operate in an open kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee that our freshly prepared dishes are completely free from allergens. Please be aware that we use the following ingredients in our kitchens, and there is therefore a possibility of cross-contamination with any of these:

  • Fish (salmon, tuna)

  • Dairy (cheese, milk)
