Handmade with love

Our expert bakers make each cake by hand, ensuring it’s perfectly flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor in every bite.

The trinkets and crown

The golden (paper) crown is an essential part of the Galette des Rois tradition. The person who finds the 'bean' (trinket) is crowned king or queen for the day!

Only the good stuff

We use organic butter for that golden, melt-in-your-mouth crust and almond flour for a pastry cream that’s rich, smooth, and completely indulgent.
